Moses Tan

Moses started his career as an in-house trainer in companies such as Abacus International, HP, BP and Spencer Stuart. In Abacus, he conducted technical training for retail travel agents in Asia Pacific. He single-handedly took charge of the Cathay Pacific fares system. This involved writing the training manual, training all the global staff on the new fares system in Hong Kong, and train-the-trainer sessions.

In Spencer Stuart (an Executive Search firm) he successfully trained C-suite leaders in traditionally training-resistant offices, which included Japan and Hong Kong. HP (Enterprise) was a unique experience. He started out as an out-sourced trainer, conducting various sales programmes for HP distributors of enterprise server products in Australia, SE Asia, China, Japan and Korea. Later, he was in-sourced to lead a team of two to manage the HPE distributors’ training catalogue — the distributors’ enterprise server product and sales training.

British Petroleum hired Moses to be part of the change management team, leading a team of 8 trainers to complete SAP cutover training for the Asia Pacific offices. As the Asia Pacific Training Advisor, he strategised, budgeted, drove, designed and delivered training. As part of the combined HR team that handled BP Trading BU’s Talent programme — the selection process, working out the core competency model and necessary learning interventions. Going beyond his role, he also designed and delivered a new compliance programme.

Lilian Lee

With over 14 years of experience as an Image Consultant and Etiquette Coach, Lilian brings a unique blend of professional discipline, real-world exposure, and personal warmth to her work. Trained academically as an Optometrist, she later spent a decade as a Singapore Airlines Leading Stewardess, where excellence in grooming, etiquette, and service standards was second nature.

Lilian’s journey also includes achievements in pageantry as Miss Singapore World 1st Runner-Up and Mrs Singapore 2019, experiences that deepened her understanding of presence, confidence, and personal branding. She is also a Lumina Learning Practitioner, specialising in personality profiling to help individuals better understand themselves and how they relate to others.
